We needed a plumber and couldn’t get a plumber to call us back much less show up at our home. We called all American just by chance at 4:45 PM Thursday evening and they told me they would be in at our front door at 7:30 AM the following day and they stood by their promise. They were respectful to our home and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. They charged us a very reasonable priced as well. I highly recommend them.

Jackson from All American Plumbing was great to work with! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. He was thorough with putting a new water tank in and explaining this set up to me. I recommend Jackson and All American to anyone who is looking for a reliable plumber!

I'm very disappointed with this service at first their servicea Man hey came out right away their service man looked very diirty dishovled looking i know it's plumbing ( not a glamorous job but even still) he claims to have draining running clear charged $150 flat rate 14 days later it was clogged again so I called now he came out again promptly snaked the drain again said that he seen a problem with a spot on the yard like he knew it was there ( here's where I have the real problem of you realized it was potential for it to back up again why do a half assed job I'm paying you alot of money) when I asked this time if hhad a camera he quoted me another $150 ... should've went with Ashley air they will come and clean your drains with camera proof for$99 I can't stand for someone to do a half assed job and try to double charge me for something they didn't charge me for coming out this time but you shouldn't have had to come out again after not even 2 weeks though it's like he wasn't even surprised he had to come out again and he said something that bothered me maybe someone could tell me if this is normal he Left my cap loose so it will overflow into my yard instead of my house which I kinda get but at the same time it shouldn't do it at all. UPDATE ,...approx 2 weeks after original post it's backing up again I called this time it's the owner that answered the phone right off the bat rude at obnoxious stated they would have to charge us to come out cause he had it on VM that I said the guy told me there was a problem with our line I said no he didn't he said " oh yeah I was having a hard time with getting though that spot" (that's after the second time he came out )so mind you when he left both times he said "ok your good to go'” so after going back and forth this guy he changed his tune with were not gonna come out again cause you don't want to pay us I said I've already paid you S150 I want the job done correctly so his response to that was he don't have nothing more to say and hung up in my face ... So I called him back and told him that is a real shitty way to run a business DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME ...😡😡😡

Les Lester is a man of integrity. You will never find a more honest trustworthy individual in his line of work. He has always met or exceeded my expectations.

He fixed a drip on my shower spout that many plumbers were afraid of fixing. He did the job in a professional manner and was very honest with me. Would hire again.
