They gave me an honest assessment of my HVAC system. Getting a new one in a couple of weeks. Install was quicker than expected. They did a lot extra, and did not leave a mess inside or outside. I will definitely hire them again! Great communication. Very pleased customer!!!

We had an issue with our washer’s clean-out drain, and Caleb came out the same day to handle the repair. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in his expertise. Caleb worked efficiently and had everything resolved in no time, all while making sure the area was clean and everything was functioning properly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it showed in both the quality of the repair and his customer service. The pricing was very fair—especially for a same-day fix—and we’re so grateful for the fast response and excellent service. Dillan came out and gave us an appraisal on a New unit, and went over financing and all our options. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth and just kind. After we decided which unit we wanted and went over details we were contacted later that day to set up a time and date for installation, which went great. They showed up and were very professional with the installation. They offered to take our old unit and dispose of it for us, which we decided to keep it. After about 6-8 hrs they had us going and cooling off much better than our old unit. The installers were very nice and friendly and cleaned up the mess before leaving . I'm very pleased with Paschal air and highly recommend them!! While the service itself was good, I did not appreciate the fact that when I asked what the pressure test would cost, the lady told me $89 bucks but when they came to do the test, it was charged $639 for the test. I asked her specifically how much it was to do a gas line pressure test. She said the service is $89. I believe they should have honored the price she gave on the phone instead of waiting until they got here to tell me the $639. The tech even played back the recorded phone conversation and he himself said the lady should have worded that better so it wasn’t deceptive.
