Junior and the team at Bud Anderson were great work with! They were quick to address our concerns over our very old hvac system and offered alternatives for repair and replacement. They made being out of state at the time of the replacement very easy and I appreciate their efforts. Well done and thank you !

I had the pleasure of working with Owen, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He not only fixed our AC unit quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail so we understood what was going on. What really stood out to me was his honesty. Owen pointed out that due to the age of our unit, we might face higher energy costs and potential issues down the line. I really appreciated his transparency and genuine concern for helping us make the best decision for our home. Owen went above and beyond, and it’s clear he truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of air-conditioning service. He’s a fantastic technician!

The technician was courteous and they came to look at it the same day I called but it my AC is leaking and the drain pan they installed is cracked and it is causing damage to the drywall underneath they should be responsible enough to cover the repairs. Now I have a hole in my ceiling and wet insulation all over the floor in my house and they claim I have to pay to have them come fix the problem they caused with faulty workmanship. Also the tech said it should be covered under warranty but then called me back and said it isn’t covered. Call me back if you’d like to fix this issue I will amend my review. Update: the next day after leaving a review they came back and fixed the drainage problem, one of the drain pipes was clogged and even though that’s not their fault they cleared the line for me. Now we are just waiting to see if they’ll replace the faulty catch pan they installed with the crack in the bottom so this doesn’t happen again. Went up from 2-3 stars. If the pan and dry wall damage gets replaced then these guys are just as amazing as all the other reviews say they are. No reason they shouldn’t get a 5⭐️. Let’s see… More updates: just changed the review from 3-4 stars. they now have replaced the pan and told me they will get a contractor out to repair the drywall. This is about 3-4 weeks later now since the original assessment. They seem to be honoring the warranty I will update after the drywall is repaired. Much better communication from management and attention to my concerns. I did ask for completion photos to share which they didn’t have post install so I just have to hope they did in fact change the pan.

Great service ! Provided the answers to there best knowledge! Went step by step to make it easier to understand! Not your fault the only thing that disappointed with since we have a manufactured house ! We can’t get all the deals ! But otherwise great on the information to make it easy for us!

We arrived home from a trip and our AC was out. John Bell was at our house within 2 hours of me calling. He was so awesome! Professional, friendly, and efficient. John’s a great teacher, he explained everything he was doing along the way. He got us taken care of! So appreciative of his service today!
