Had a main line leaks. After it was found Chris arrived and scoped out the job. Very professional while being friendly and approachable. Repair corrected in as timely manner as one could expect for the situation. Very supportive administrative group too. Can not do anything except recommend them to others. Only downside this first repair has confirmed there is STILL ANOTHER leak in the line someplace else. So the chance continues but pretty sure I know who I will be reaching out to for advice on how to proceed

Tyler was fantastic! He and Brian treated my parents like family, and I can’t thank them enough for their superb customer service. And for being forgiving when their frenchie got salty 😅 They came out for a simple job, but it was worth every penny knowing it was done right the first time! They diagnosed the issue, and things have been running better than ever! I’ll never use another plumber 🥰 Mr. Rooter is the best in our area, and I’ll tell any friend I have that, too!

Joseph and Chris were here right on time this morning. They patiently listened to what I was experiencing and got straight to work investigating the problem. They check the hot water heater, then explored under the house checking all pipes. The issue turned out to be outside - the T & P valve. They explained my options to me and went straight to work replacing the hot water heater. They were so professional and very personable. I will be happy to recommend your company to my friends based on the service I received from these gentlemen!

Joseph and Ray took good care of us! Our water heater went out right before school started and as a family of 2 teachers and 2 kids we were scrambling and stressing! They installed our new water heater in a timely manner and were up front and good communicators throughout the process! I would highly recommend them!
