Tyrone exhibited exceptional efficiency in addressing my concerns about my air conditioning unit. He called me to provide an estimated time of arrival, which was earlier than scheduled—something I really appreciated. He fixed the AC problem to the best of his abilities and offered recommendations that I will definitely take into consideration. This is my first experience doing business with this company, and I am satisfied.

Eric was fantastic! Appreciated how he answered all my questions and gave me a good overview of what replacing my unit would look like (even though he was here for a quick wire repair). You can tell he’s very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and I’m so grateful he was able to make the repair to my outside until in a timely manner. He was also extremely thorough and ensured everything was working properly before wrapping up the job. I appreciate the company overall too for getting me an appointment so quickly because summer time here without AC is not fun. I will be using Paschal Air moving forward for all my heat & air needs. I'm raising the review rating on this because the service manager reached out to me and tried to make things right. At this time none of his services were needed but he did Express that the service would be done in a better manner the next time they. He was sincere and honest in all of his responses therefore I felt the need to raise the rating. Upon my next service in about 6 months I'll adjust the rating if needed and leave a new review. The service technician just came in a day or two ago and inspected my heating and cooling system. The first thing we found was that an overhang that was keeping Pine needles from falling into our heating unit was thrown to the ground and never put back up so the tech could access our heating unit. Also, this is what my air filter look like and they couldn't bother to let me know to replace it. Good thing I'm going behind them to make sure that everything was done correctly. I guess that service agreement that they have doesn't cover the small stuff and being courteous.

Outstanding service today! Called this morning about AC not cooling. The front office was very understanding and made magic happen in the height of the summer busy season. She scheduled service for late afternoon. Dan arrived and quickly identified and addressed the issue. This is not the first service Dan provided over the past few years. He is always professional and clearly explains the issues and recommendations. I highly recommend Paschal and Dan if you have any heating and cooling issues.
