Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters

Our 11 year old water heater decided to call it quits. After a brief search I called Affordable Plumbing and they arranged to have Paris the technician at my home within an hour! He showed up and could not have been more helpful. He quickly assessed the problem and had several fair comprehensive pricing options for a replacement. He was able to remove our existing unit, reinstall the new water heater, and clean up the work area in under 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and appreciate how thoughtful and engaging Paris was during the entire process.

The technician, Kosta, lstened to my request to simply change out a bathroom faucet and did not attempt to foist other work and costs on me, unlike so many other plumbing firms. We had an excellent experience with Affordable Plumbing’s installation of a water softener system as well as an under-sink drinking water filter. Cesar then noted that our hot water heater was quite old—we hadn’t noticed as this is a new home for us. We were able to have a new heater installed the next working day. Affordable Plumbing is a family business and it really shows in the care they take to hire terrific people! Kosta repaired our gas leak and replaced the failing connections that didn’t meet building codes, with parts that can withstand gas pressure and chemical reactions. A gas leak is frightening. I called Diana in the office late on Friday and it was fixed Saturday morning! Last year Dalton solved a water-heater issue that stumped 2 other plumbers who said nothing could be done. Affordable is consistently courteous, reliable, and fair in their pricing. We highly recommended them!

Cesar was fantastic! Very kind and helpful with explaining everything to me. I feel like he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! They didn't just go for the big repair like you expect most places to do, they thoroughly evaluated everything and it ended up being very minor in comparison to what we thought!
