Advantage Air Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

Our hot water tank started leaking last night so we shut the water off to it. The next morning we called a couple of places, but none of them could get to us. We called Advantage Air and the company owner showed up inside an hour to get us an estmate and he had a technician at our house 40 minutes after that. They had it done before noon and the cost was reasonable. Bottom line, extremely happy with the service and we will call them again!

Excellent service they arrived on time. Matt explained everything that he had to do to fix my issues. Will definitely use Advantage Air again if I need plumbing repairs. Highly recommend their company.

Dan has been at our house for repairs twice now and both times we couldn't be happier with the work done. He is kind and informative. This time it was a leaky pipe issue and even after finding the one he thought was the issue he still made sure to check every other fixture just to be sure. Would 100% call them again for any other issues we have in our house

Advantage Air (AA) installed a new air exchanger in our home… and they did a fantastic job! One CAVEAT before you read this review: I am a real, paying customer and I mean, literally, EVERY word written here. These are my words, not the words of AA or anyone else… this is my personal experience with AA. First off, Bryce and Chase were the installers and they were some of the best HVAC people we’ve ever worked with. As the general contractor, I built our own home in 2007/2008 and dealt with quite a few subcontractors so we have a good feel for what quality work and quality subs look like. These guys were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and solid. The quality of their work was great: no standing around for hours stuck on a problem or telling us they can’t figure it out so they’ll have to come back in a few days. The system they installed worked right the first time they turned it on. They nailed it! The quality was great, but there was something EXTRA that AA brought to the table during this installation: the willing attitude of their employees. I can’t say enough about Bryce and Chase. For each question and request, they helped us with a “can do” attitude. As most homeowners know, it is so helpful when a sub can help tackle those little extras that only take a few minutes. We only asked for help with a couple quick little things that were reasonable and they didn’t roll their eyes or tell us with their body language that my request was a headache, they were MORE than willing to help. We never want to take advantage of a sub who is doing work for us. We like to bring a positive, reasonable attitude to the table as customers, but when the subs bring a great attitude with them to the job site, it makes paying for the work more satisfying. For example, they were willing to take a quick look at the condition of the filters in our second air exchanger, an air exchanger they did NOT install. It took them less than 5 min and they solved our problem. It addressed a concern about something in our home that was a pain for us but they could easily help us with. Reasonable request, positive willingness to help. In addition to answering our questions and an overall attitude of helpfulness, these guys cleaned up after themselves! Let me repeat that for those of you that appreciate a subcontractor that doesn’t leave a mess behind… THESE GUYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES!!! You know, like “leave no trace.” They carried portable vacuum cleaners around with them while they worked and vacuumed up their dust. Thank you guys, we appreciate you going the extra mile. Your clean work style sure made my wife happy! :) As the general contractor for our own home build I know how rare it is to find a company that REALLY shows care about their work and their customers. And one last note: Advantage Air’s price were very fair, especially for the quality of work that we got. We feel got a good deal. So, if you’ve read this far in my review, you can guess that we are fans of Advantage Air… quality work, quality workers, quality attitudes. Thank you Advantage Air! Just know that we will be calling you for our next job. We look forward to getting your help with several future projects on our home maintenance punch list. Bravo Advantage Air, bravo!!

Our tech Chris, showed up as scheduled. He had our AC issues diagnosed and repaired in about 30 minutes. Great and friendly service.
