Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing

Greg and Chase were very professional. They did a good job installing the new plumbing in our crawl space. I am glad I made the decision to call Advanced Heating, Air, and Plumbing when we bought our house years ago. We have used them for everything. Makes it convenient to have just one number to call.

Had an issue with our air conditioning going out over the weekend. Called Advance this morning and was thrilled they could come out this afternoon. The receptionist did a great job of keeping me up to date on what time he would be there. David was the repairman. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, had a replacement part on hand, and had the A/C up and running in less than 30 minutes. He took the time to explain everything as well. Very thankful!

Philip pays attention to detail! He was mindful coming in and out of my house. I would definitely ask for him in the future. His Assistant Reg’Onte was helpful and they made a good team. They also serviced both my restaurants in Loudon County. It felt like 95° today and they never complained. It looks like I have some major work to be done in one of my stores, he explained everything In detail and some of my options. Excellent communication skills! I felt like we were in very good hands

With the heat wave going on I figured I would be waiting quite a while to receive a maintenance visit. I joined the maintenance program on Thursday and they got me set up for the following Monday! Jared was prompt and efficient. Great service! I was advised during the visit that a part needed to be replaced. Once a quote was provided I approved it and they ordered the part. The part is now replaced and I have peace of mind that I won’t be left suffering this summer.

When it comes to AC and furnace repair which was my experience these guys are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I personally had David Finch. Overall fantastic technician. If you can request him do it! He was honest and explained everything along the way. Which as a customer definitely made me feel at ease. David Finch is the man. I can't recommend these guys enough.
