Jordan arrived an hour earlier which was awesome (don’t worry he called first to see if it was good for us as well which it was)! Very courteous and professional. Looked at the faucet situation and went to get a few tools from the van and got to work. He was done in less than 40 minutes! So pleased to have a new faucet that works perfectly! He was pleasantly nice and it felt like we knew him ( first time meeting him). The work is guaranteed as well. Highly recommend this service!

Jamie from Ace Handyman Services Southern Maine has been amazing to work with. He’s not only skilled but also one of the friendliest and easiest people to talk to. He tackled everything from fixing my faucet to installing new lighting, hanging shelves, and troubleshooting a tricky Ikea wardrobe with parts that didn’t fit. He’s the kind of person who goes above and beyond every time, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. Could not recommend Jamie more!

Great work, great to work with! Its hard to find anyone to tackle a small project. I sent message and received a quick response back. They explained the cost breakdown for labor and potential material cost and laid out what to expect. The job was booked in a very reasonable time frame. Chris called the night before and on his way. He arrived and met with my tenant. Took time to call me a few times as I wasn't able to be there. The job called for patching a 3"- 4" gap around a new bath tub/surround that was just installed. I knew it was going to be difficult due to different surfaces and layers. He explained everything to me and we talked through the options. The finished work came out great & better then I was expecting. Price was very fair for the amount of time it took/ great finished product. Highly recommend this team! I will be using for future projects.

JD was wonderful. He came to our house for a bathroom renovation job and was very upfront and honest with us about what the work would require. He thought creatively about how to get the job done the way we wanted and how to fit it into our time frame and his schedule. He was also just an exceedingly nice, patient, and professional person. He made us feel at ease.

February 2025 Another great job! I contacted Ace Handyman to help me uplift a very tired looking, long narrow 1/2 bath. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money. They recommended removing the chair rail which had no purpose on a bathroom, doing some touch up replastering and replacing the rubber basfboards with wooden one to match to match the other woodwork. WOW, another fantastic job. Even without painting, ect it looks so much better. It's not just the skills and experience they bring, but these craftsmen are able to leverage that to bring your vision to life and, as an added bonus, doing it at all at a reasonable price and in one day!!! October 2025 Recommendation Without Hesitation - Outstanding Craftsmanship I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services. Yes, their business model is a bit different, you do have to have some flexibility, and they tend to be a little more than what you'd probably pay some guy you hired off the classifieds of your local paper, but the end result is worth it. My most-recent project involved removing a half wall at the stop of my stairs to install a railing that matching the railing at the bottom of the stairs. The original carpenter I hired removed the half wall and installed a railing, a railing that not only didn't come close to matching the other railing, but the craftsmanship was horrendous (nails showing and was not braced - it would never pass code - see 2 pictures of unfinished railing). We knew we'd have to start over and needed an experienced carpenter. We reached out to Ace Handyman and Gregg Paquette took on the job. He removed the railing without damaging the new hardwood floor. He took great pains to source materials that would match the other railing as closely as possible. He also put a lot of time and effort in determining the best way to brace the newel post so that it was 100% secure, no give, no wobble. Gregg is a true craftsman; we're so pleased with the end result!!!! Working with Ace Handyman has been a great experience. The owner and office staff/project managers are right on top of things, very professional and responsive.
