Evan and his helper did great job changing out our outdoor faucet. Went straight to work and had it done in an hour. We are going to have him add a gas line for a stove and possibly replace and/or repair the entire water lines in the house. Thanks

Extremely disappointed. I was fleeced. Make sure you get everything in writing and know what you're buying beforehand. Better yet, go with some other company. Needed a new replacement for a water shutoff valve on the toilet. Whole replacement took 40 minutes. They replaced the valve and the hose (which I don't think needed replacing and didn't ask them to). Two items I could buy at any home improvement store for less than $30. They charged me over $320... I complained to their main office after making the payment and they had the audacity to claim that that was an appropriate mark-up for the items. There was no service fee because apparently that's built in but, wow... I also asked for a copy of the invoice and they haven't provided that yet. They also showed up to my door early and unannounced and didn't text or call me to indicate they were on their way. If I could... zero stars.

I am extremely happy with the service i revieved from Cruz and Trevor. They came even before the appointment time which I appreciated in this heat. They diagnosed my problem, showed me the faulty parts and gave me an estimate within 15 minutes after arrival. They very promptly fixed my problem and were so kind and personable. I very happy with their service. Thank you so much.

Needed some troubleshooting on a non-working water heater. Aaron’s provided a next day appointment. Evan arrived on time: fixed the problem, got us up and running at a fair price. Good communication, courteous. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Aaron's Plumbing and Heating. Sage came out on May 4th to install a new kitchen faucet and replace the broken drain basket in our kitchen sink for us. Sage did a wonderful job. Small problems popped up like the old faucet being hard to get unhooked and Sage was so patient and kind as he worked through it all. He cleaned up the debris and made sure everything was working properly before he left, too. We definitely recommend Aaron's Plumbing and Heating and Sage.
