I bought my house back in April and, surprise! It came with a full lineup of plumbing issues. From leaks to mystery noises to drainage issues, it’s been an adventure. Luckily, I had Hoover Plumbing out for work at my fathers house and I was impressed with their work. I decided to call Hoover early on for my house too—and thank God I did. And at this point, Hoover Plumbing might as well add me to payroll. I’ve used them so many times, I’m basically part of the team. Every visit? On time. Professional. Communicative. No guessing games, no vanishing acts, no weird mystery fees. Just solid work and clear updates, every single time. And just when I thought they couldn’t impress me more… a package arrived: A Hoover T-shirt. A hat. And a tin of cookies. So now I’m walking around in full branded gear, eating cookies like I just signed a plumbing endorsement deal. Honestly, I’ve had relationships with less communication and fewer gifts. If they ever start offering customer loyalty tattoos, I might consider it. I had an excellent experience with my electrician Brendan McGurk and his team mate Mark! They showed up right on time, they were very professional, nice and extremely friendly. They took their time to walk me and my husband through the entire installation process, explaining everything in detail in a way that was easy to understand. They didn’t just tell us what was wrong, they showed us exactly what was going on and even provided pictures, which I really appreciated. They were knowledgeable and their thoroughness gave me and my husband total peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest electrician.

First time using Hoover and couldn’t be happier! On short notice called regarding a plumbing issue and fortunately a repair tech was available. Tech was terrific…very personable, professional, detailed, and skilled. He did a terrific job fixing the main problem and offered suggestions based on what he noticed to improve the overall functionality and appearance. For starters, I am so happy that we decided to use Hoover EPHC to install our new furnace and heat pump (air conditioner). I was in the building trades for 45 years and never experienced the level of professionalism and courtesy that I received from Hoover. My first contact with the office was a delightful experience, and my odd schedule was accommodated. Matt came to our house on time and as promised and presented all my options clearly and concisely, with no pressure. When I called to accept the proposal I was scheduled the next day for my new system. The crew was truly the most positive, knowledgeable and courteous of anyone I have ever had work at my house (or in my 45 years of construction). They worked hard, cleaned up everything and showed me how to use my new system. I cannot say enough about the thoroughness of the job from scheduling to completion. Thank you very much.

Small toilet repair and general plumbing inspection today. We had Jeffrey and he was extremely knowledgeable and good conversation. He was able to put things into layman's terms and freely offered the "whys" for my home's needs. He split the things I needed to do from the things that could wait or would make life easier but not necessary at the moment. He recommended child and animal safe products to help keep things functioning. Bonus, he was very personable chatting with my 2 year old like he was family and myself about fishing and general life. This is our second time using Hoover (once was an emergency) and both times they have been punctual, thorough, and professional. The office staff has been amazing too. The communication is top tier in my experience. They are low pressure, understanding, and friendly. Also very flexible to my home's schedule.
