1st Choice A/C, Heating, Plumbing, & Gas

This morning we had the privilege of meeting Robert Adam’s for the first time as our service technician! He was absolutely amazing and brilliant! He was very caring, generous, kind, knowledgeable, nice, respectful, professional and trustworthy! I was very at ease with him. I didn’t have everything together like I usually do, but he said “ hey, no judgment here” with a smile!!! Lol! Which made me feel better! He made sure to keep me informed on what he was doing and how our unit was working! He was very respectful of our home!!! He is very knowledgeable and extremely excellent at what he does concerning the a/c unit and the ductwork in the attic!!! We had no idea that there was a problem with it!!! I’m very grateful that he came to our home! I can’t wait until he comes back to do the work that he recommended to us to have done!!! IT DEFINITELY WAS A PLEASURE TO MEET HIM!!! I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY AND EVERYONE WHO NEEDS THEIR A/C UNIT SERVICED AND ANY OTHER SERVICE THAT 1ST CHOICE OFFERS!!! HE HAS BEEN WORKING ON A/C UNITS FOR 23 YEARS AND HE IS DEFINITELY SOMEONE THAT YOU CAN TRUST!!!

Brad did a wonderful job evaluating our ductwork damage and explaining all of its issues in great detail. He was also a very kind, pleasant, and helpful person; we're happy to be working with this company again!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brad and Tim! I was educated while being entertained. I won't hesitate to call on them for anything I might need in their fields, and then some. Brad even helped me out with advice I needed about my chickens. Really nice guys!

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and communicated all items that made the issues easy to understand. There didn't seem to be any pressure to upgrade immediately or any of that type of stuff just clear cut issue descriptions and resolutions.

All facets of this company were amazing. I requested service online and quickly received a call from them. They scheduled my appointment when it was convenient for me. They stayed in frequent communication until the service technician showed up. Jason was very thorough in explaining everything and did a great job!
