The tech was friendly and answered questions I had. However, I’ve had my home for 6 years, and 6 months ago is the first time had issues with my kitchen sink. The tech said he snaked the whole line, however if that was truly the case I shouldn’t be having the same issue again so soon. They reached out and basically said they don’t guarantee their work after it’s been completed.

Steve Tilton is a highly knowledgeable and competent plumber who fixed our problems quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. He and his trainee, Christian, were personable and courteous. Christian’s wife took my call for help and scheduled it promptly. Her friendly, responsive help made her an excellent representative for the company. The person who answers the phone is often the one who sets the tone for the organization. She gets an A +

Great service! As a DIYer, I was prepared to figure it out myself. I'm so glad that I ran into someone who gave great advice and sent me to 1-Tom Plumber. Definitely needed them. They came out quickly, thoroughly addressed the issue and stayed until the job was done. I highly recommend as they were courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Up front with the cost of services too!

I have had several plumbers come to my house for various repairs, and until now, they have either told me they cannot do what I need, did crappy work and/or ripped me off. This was not my experience with Mike and his helper Jake. Both were very professional and went above and beyond what was asked. Interesting, I wanted some work done with my shower heads and they were honest about what should have been done and why they don't recommend what I was asking. While talking, Jake was cleaning all the many nipples from my 2 rain shower heads (totally not asked for, but totally nice). Mike did work that others either had not done correctly or said they couldn't do it. He finished those jobs quickly and easily. Mike was exceptionally pleasant, professional and truly caring. On top of all that, their cost was reasonable. I have never truly trusted plumbers before now, but because of how great Mike was, they have a customer for life.

If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient plumber, Tom-Plumber is the one! Diego and Daniel were professional and helped with the water heater. They definitely offer the best prices in town—without compromising on quality. They completed the job on time and gave me peace of mind with their excellent service. Highly recommend!
