I had just returned home from my rotation. I was told the bathroom toilet had been leaking and issues the entire time I been gone. So instantly I looked at it myself. But also looked at plumbers in the area. I called two places but they both tried to charge a urgent fee of 150 to comeout. Where as 1-Tom-Plumer, provided great customer service and Paul Marks the technician on sight came out that same afternoon in the evening about 45 mins after my call. He provided me information and helped tremendously as he found out there wasn't ounce any water damage. But the toilet had been broken in the back. The very next morning, today to be exact Mr. Paul arrived early this morning to complete the install of the new toilet and water valve. He made it quick, easy, and provided future information and knowledge along the way. It was reasonable and affordable. But most importantly the customer service, and great work was my favorite. I will definitely be using them for future projects and as needed. I highly recommend using 1-Tom-Plumber.

I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink causing significant water damage to my home in Fountain City. I was panicking because water was spewing out everywhere. I called 1 Tom Plumber for help.
