1-Tom-Plumber

After being given the run-around by several plumbers, I finally connected with 1-Tom-Plumber. The office staff was friendly, (I believe her name was Robyn) and she was able to get me an appointment the next day. Jason was awesome! He was on time and was very personable. He replaced my water heater quicker than I expected and had a great attitude while working. I hope all of their staff is as good as Jason. I will definitely be calling them for future jobs and requesting Jason.

Jason & Eric showed up on time and were amazing! They were very nice and answered our questions when we had them. We appreciated their amazing attitude, knowledge and quick install of our new water heater. They took the time to to explain how to read the codes if the water heater ever fails. Thank you very much for your service!

Jason was one of the most efficient and knowledgeable tradesman I've worked with in some time. He showed up on time as promised & had all the parts needed to R&R the faucet & garbage disposal. Jason was very polite & very courteous. He cleaned up his mess when finished. I really like the new goose neck faucet. It looks incredible. The new disposal runs so quiet, it's hard to tell if it's even running. Thanks Jason for an awesome job & for being an outstanding professional at your trade! Great job! I would definitely use Jason on any future plumbing projects.

We recently moved into South Lake Tahoe and needed to replace our old kitchen faucet. Jason came in and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Our plumbing situation was a bit of a mess—looks like the previous landlord had done some DIY work—but Jason handled it with ease. He worked carefully and didn’t damage any of the existing pipes, even with the tricky setup. He was in and out in about 30 minutes, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. He also saved us around $400 by working with a special part from our old faucet instead of replacing the whole system. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable. Overall, a great experience. We’re so glad we found him and would definitely recommend Jason to anyone needing plumbing help in the Tahoe area!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Outstanding Service from Liz and Lucas! I recently had a tricky shower drain issue that was leaking into the ceiling below, and I’m so glad I called Liz! She and her apprentice Lucas were amazing from start to finish. Liz clearly knows her stuff she quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Super professional, super kind, and respectful of my space the whole time. Lucas was also great—hardworking, attentive, and learning from the best. You can tell he’s going to be just as skilled with Liz mentoring him. The job was done efficiently and cleaned up beautifully. No mess left behind, and everything is working perfectly now. It’s such a relief to have a plumber I can trust. Highly recommend Liz and Lucas for any plumbing work, especially if you want it done right the first time!
