The workmanship, pricing, and communication were all top notch! Had a multiple building warehouse that needed someone handy and intuitive. Highly recommend and will be using again. They installed a tankless and electric hot water heater. Ran gas lines, cleared floor drain and capped old pipes. Nathan was outstanding on this project and so was his team. Brent kept great communication and worked with on specific products and pricing while Patrick was another guy who went the extra mile during the quoting phase of the project. I went with them over two other competing companies and happy I did.

Showed up on time and completed the work as quoted. Patrick was very courteous to everyone in the house and even cleaned up before he left. He was also informative about why we had an issue and I enjoyed speaking with him. He was also very nice in telling me he understood why my attempt to fix it previously had failed. I would highly recommend 1-Tom Plumber and Patrick and they will be my first call, next time, if needed.
