Even though 1Tom Plumbing didn't show up on the day expected. They were calling, and apologetic about the miss communication the flowing morning and I was the 1st customer for the day. Ruben was very professional and took care of the job at hand. I would recommend and use 1 Tom plumbing again.

Ruben and Valentin were professional, polite, and most important, knowledgeable. They immediately recognized the problem and took care of it quickly and left the area clean. We appreciated the detailed texts with photos of the the technician and a personal note about his background and experience. We felt that the charge was reasonable and would definitely recommend 1-Tom-Plumber.

I recently used 1-Tom-Plumber for a kitchen faucet issue that i had with a 24 year old faucet, in my home. From my initial contact with the office personal, Gabrielle who took my call and did her best to get my issue resolved professionally and quickly. On the day of service, Eric Washburn arrived on time and was very courteous and respectful. Although, he ran into some difficultly getting the old part off, and took a bit longer than expected still did an amazing job. The pricing was fair and transparent. There were no surprises. I will be definitely be using their services again, if the need arises.

Had a really great experience working with Ruben and Valentin. The came out very timely, professional work, and made sure the final product of the install of my sink was secure and working properly. Would highly recommend this team!
