Zoom Drain KC

We were very impressed with the front-line team who responded in the cold KC winter to replace the main sewer line. Since then, we’ve been unable to get Zoom Drain KC to come back on site to finalize the work i.e. leveling out the yard and getting all the visible piping/caps cleaned up. I have called for weeks, literally weeks, only to get a response that the GM will swing by and/or call me back to discuss. We fully paid our invoice on time for the work and just want to get it finalized. Unfortunately, what went from a favorable experience with Zoom Drain has turned into a really negative one. We just want the provider to follow through on their commitment, for which they have been compensated. We would not recommend due to this lack of professionalism and integrity. *UPDATE* Despite Zoom Drain KC’s immediate response following this review to 1) schedule an appointment to resolve the outstanding project and 2) ask that we remove the review; they since canceled the appointment due to weather and have yet to respond to multiple attempts via phone and email for us to reschedule. Our work from December 2024 remains outstanding i.e. 8 months.

once again Jeff to the rescue for our plumbing emergency. fixed it right after the third time a hole was dug 12 Ft down to my sewer (hurt construction is NOTHING BUT A CROOK) and now i have fully functional sewer drainage from my house. thanks to jeff , derrick and crew at zoom drain for helping us get back to greatness today!!!

Jeff was great. He checked out our sump pump and our plumbing needs, and he was able to schedule next day service. His work was quick and thorough. He also talked through all of the details with us. Plus, Jeff took care to clean up after finishing and he covered his shoes in the house. Jeff rates an A+

They came to my house to check a plumbing issue. The guy was short with words and very rude. Didn’t even have them check the situation and had them leave. I was shocked with the unprofessionalism. Would not have that guy do any work on my home and was not even comfortable letting him in by the way he was acting. Since the appointment, I have received 4 text messages to write a review. Here is the review. I used Affordable Plumbing - they were professional and reasonably priced.
