I have used Quality Plumbing for everything I’ve needed to do with my house because they are quick and very professional. I had Collin for 2 jobs this past week and he made sure to be on time and very open about pricing. I have made sure to let the next owner of my home know about them!

I would highly recommend Quality Plumbing. They are an excellent family owned company and they are committed to top notch customer service and stand by their work. Zach was friendly, and extremely thorough, leaving no stone unturned in his investigative technique. Rather than just settling for a potentially expensive and time consuming repair he kept trying some different things to diagnose. In the process, he solved the problem for us through diligent investigation and troubleshooting. It was very impressive. He was incredibly personable and the kind of service person you want coming to your home. Cannot say enough positive about this experience.

Update: Mistakes happen and it’s also about how you fix them when they aren’t as planned the. than being perfect each time. Mike, Daniel and the team recognized some areas they could have improved and made things right with me. I appreciate that. I hired Quality to check out a wet area near our hvac at my business. The Friday I called they weren't able to get to us for their normal charges and I said Monday morning was fine rather than over time cost. Monday no one had showed up by 4:30 so I called to make sure they were still coming. After getting passed around on the phone a little they said someone would be on their way. That afternoon someone showed up For about fifteen minutes and charged us $265 to look at it and decide they would be back tomorrow. NOTE NOTHING has been done yet. The next day they came back and determined that our hvac drainage pipe was plugged. Simple issue. They used some compressed air to open and clean it and decided to redo the pvc line for another $540. Sure wish they would have asked for approval first........ THEN they sent another guy out later to add 1lb of freon to our unit for $41, (very reasonable) and but charge $267 Overtime labor to do it. WAIT I said we didn't want overtime Friday and now its Tuesday....... yep, not good business here. I am the Owner of the business and they never once called me to tell me what was going on or ask for approval of any of these repairs beyond the simple diagnosis and cleaning. Days later I proceeded to call and ask what were the finding and what did they do and what was the cost. After getting passed around a couple times and hung up on I figured I would try again later. Today I was was surprised to get a $1000 bill a few weeks later for their simple, not on time, and poor communication clean out. Still haven't actually talked to a person. To put the icing on the cake I reviewed the work this week and they didn't even reinstall the furnace filter. Extremely poor communication and Completely ridiculous overpriced work. We will not use them again. Too bad for them as we own multiple businesses and shopping centers.

I love this business. Always the best technicians. Always super friendly…today was no exception. I always … always recommend quality plumbing to my friends and family My house is older and has a few quirks…it never throws them …just great honest work by plumbing professionals. Jeff came out today to replace a couple faucets and to put in a new part that regulates the water pressure. He did a fantastic job! We went from a wimpy 12 psi back up to a wonderful 55 psi in our whole house! I highly recommend Quality Plumbing! We will call them whenever we need plumbing work done!
