Zoom Drain

Had Anthony from zoom drain out this weekend to clear a blockage in our main sewer line. He located the blockage and cleared it quickly. He was very helpful in explaining how to help prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future. Loved the service and would recommend Zoom Drain to my family and friends! Thanks again Zoom Drain!!

Really impressed with the experience we just had with Zoom Drain. Although we had an abnormal toilet, the whole team from scheduling was professional and transparent with us about their process and how they’d go about helping us. Moreover, the fantastic experience really started when Andrew, our tech showed up to take a look at the situation and assess how he could help. He was straightforward, respectful of our home, and timely. He got the information, provided a really reasonable estimate, and clear scope of work. When it came to booking the actual fix (since parts needed to be ordered), the scheduling team was able to fit us in at a time convenient for us and I was really happy to see Andrew show up again with one of his colleagues, Henry. Having the same tech throughout made this entire repair feel approachable for us. Henry was equally as approachable and professional. Although I hope our toilet never breaks again, I’d happily call Zoom Drain to fix it, and that is much owed to the fantastic experience and service that Andrew and Henry provided. Thanks Guys!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Zoom Drain and Sewer Service for over the past few years. Woody is great and the technician Jordan who came out was great as well. They have consistently provided us with excellent service and support during our scheduled sewer and french drain maintenance. Their technicians have all been highly professional, organized and courteous with all of their appointments and it is clear to me that they take great pride in the work that they do. They always arrive on schedule and take the time to explain the services that they provide. The company rep called me back to confirm they could come out to perform same day service. The tech arrived when expected, was professional and clearly laid out my options....all expensive. But when you have clogged drains, well, you have to bite the bullet. Anyway, the tech performed the snaking service I chose, and my drains were cleared with a 30 day warranty. I would recommend. I was happy they could come as quickly as they did. 4 stars.... just because of cost. I don't think they were out of realm of other plumbers in our area, just expensive for my budget. I would call again if needed.

I have two issues with my drain pipe that includes water backing up from the sink in laundry lower floor and main drain pipe totally blocked. I worked with Zoom Drain twice and I had very good experiences. Each technician did the full check and explained solution options and respective prices in very details. Zoom Drain has professional tools and technicians solved both issues in a quick time with good quality. I had the warrantee in my solution provided by Zoom Drain, and they always respond my phone call in time. Even though I have questions about drain pipe cleaning, the technician Trent came again to have a quick check and detailed explanation. This is awesome and I'd recommend Zoom Drain to my friends.
