David Sanchez, Plumbing Technician, not only is highly skilled, but also superb at analyzing plumbing issues and taking the steps to resolve them. He cares greatly about ensuring the customer’s concerns are addressed and welcomes questions. David cares about his customers. Additionally, he cares about maintaining high standards of practice and is a real asset to the Gene Johnson Company. In order to properly address my plumbing issue, which included a leak, he assessed the problem and installed new piping. Because I am interested in my house’s plumbing, I enjoyed learning about each step of the repair process. He was very thorough, and got my permission for the additional work. When he was done with the job, he carefully cleaned everything up. I will definitely call the Gene Johnson Company for any future work that may arise.

Your service technician was absolutely delightful. Jaren was very polite, considerate, and kind. He was able to explain things well enough for me to understand and convey the issues to others. He even got a giant wasp out of my house for me. I am allergic and very thankful he was there. Quite physically, a life saver! I will recommend him to anyone looking.

Hugo was great to work with and was able to get us scheduled right away to replace failing hose bibs and a leaking faucet. Hugo and Darius did the repairs and got everything done that afternoon. They were courteous and friendly.
