Zoom Drain

I am very impressed with Zoom Drain out of Johnston RI! Preston did a fantastic job. He knows his stuff and wasted no time figuring out exactly what was wrong (a clog in a buried pipe, and this is after a previous plumber had snaked the pipe from both ends). Zoom Drain has the tools for such a job and was in and out quickly, and left the area cleaner than it was before he started!! I'll be saving Zoom Drain in my phone for the future, for sure! I wish I had called them FIRST.

Great customer service and easy booking! James was fantastic—pleasant, professional, and got the shower drain flowing again in no time. He also pointed out a few things in the bathroom and offered helpful preventative maintenance suggestions. I’ll definitely be using Zoom Drain regularly for my properties and referral network.

Was dealing with a major issue over the holiday weekend. Multiple plumbers came out, charged, and couldn’t remedy the issue. Finally I got in touch with Zoom who got a tech out to me later that night. Aaron was a pleasure from start to finish. He explained the pricing, policies, expectations, all reasonably so. Even after agreeing to the service Aaron didn’t try to push unnecessary services and instead he gave me an education on what is happening and what could happen in other scenarios. I truly respect and appreciate when a service member is willing to give you information and guidance vs just a pitch and a bill. Aaron solved the issue and we spoke for a short while after about future needs. Zoom Drain provided good service on their operating and scheduling end and Aaron truly earned my trust and future business. If anyone from Zoom sees this, please acknowledge the type of valuable employee Aaron is. As someone who manages a business themselves it’s refreshing to see this quality workmanship in the world today. 10/10. Thanks Aaron!

I can’t recommend Preston from zoom drain highly enough! We have been dealing with drainage issues for a while now and when it started happening again, they came to the rescue quickly and efficiently. From the moment I called, their communication was clear and professional. They showed up exactly when they said they would, fully equipped, and ready to get the job done. Preston was extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting. He used high-pressure jetting to clear the blockage, and the results were immediate — everything is flowing perfectly again. James was great! He came to the house and figured out what the long-standing problem with my tub drain was - something I had previously been told would be a big job - costing $6,000 - he was able to fix quickly and for $200, also providing me with suggestions about prevention of the problem in the future. Also assisted me with other cost-effective issues for future work on my bathroom and laundry room. Excellent experience!
