We had John Gilles come out to service our septic system. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service was prompt - less than 24 hours after I first called for assistance.

John Gilles did a thorough job performing his work. He was very patient explaining how to care for the septic tank. Also, gave us some tips in what not to do to prolong the life of the septic tank.
