It’s never a fun day when you have to call the Rooter, but Allen and Ryan showed up so quickly, and they did such a quick and professional job, that I would definitely use them again. They were nice, courteous, neat, and they solved the problem. They even let me hold the monitor and look as they inspected the pipes with the camera. That was awesome and really showed me some insight into what was going on with our drain that I hadn’t seen before. I really appreciate the time that they took and their manner of work. I hope we don’t need them again soon, but I would definitely call them again.

We had a clog in one of the toilets, which caused a back-up in the adjacent shower. Isaac was wonderful. He arrived within one hour after I called, and even waited for quite a while for the tenants to get back to the house. He stayed in contact with me throughout his visit (I was not on site), called with questions, and was very clear in his explanation of the problem. Matt was also excellent. He viewed the line with a camera, provided a very detailed description of the issue, and proactively offered possible solutions to mitigate future disruptions. All in all, excellent and very professional service.
