1. Salesman Jimmie was so nice. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I already knew I was going to go with this company for a new tankless hot water heater before the price came in because for me, I factor in friendliness and trustworthiness, especially if you’re doing work in my house and it’s a big purchase that better last for awhile. Was even better when the price came in lower or at par with a few other quotes I received. 2. Now the plumbers have come and spent all day here installing the new tankless hot water heater. It was apparent one was an apprentice or being trained but he was so nice and considerate which goes a long long way, again, especially when you’re in my house with me all day long; he’ll be invaluable once he learns the plumbing trade. I’d definitely use Zenner & Ritter again … I am looking to redo my bathroom as much as DIY as I can but I’ll hire them for new plumbing fixtures, etc for sure! 👍🏼

I scheduled an HVAC maintenance check and tune-up. The invoice said “surface cleaning of outdoor condenser coils” was included, but it’s clear the tech never even took off the grates. You can tell that’s old dust/pollen based on the color of it. So I basically paid $200 for them to change my air filter using one I already had and tell me everything looked fine. Now they won’t stop blowing up my phone with sales calls and texts. Definitely won’t be using them again.

Earl F. From Zenner and Ritter arrived on time and was friendly and personable. He did a thorough inspection for installing a new AC unit. Earl took the time to explain different aspects that need to be considered, and he answered my questions very well. Earl quoted me a fair price for the work, and I am planning to using their service to take care of our AC installation. Phil and Mike from Zenner and Ritter did a professional and timely install on a new A C unit today at our house. Both of these technicians were personable and knowledgeable about their service. I am pleased with their expertise and how they explained detauls about the system they were installing. I recommend Phil and Mike and Zenner + Ritter for HVAC service!

I had a fantastic experience with Jimmie Byrd when he came out to provide a quote for a new HVAC system. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer every question I had — without making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how personable and down-to-earth he was. He explained things in a way that made sense, which helped me feel confident in understanding my options. Even though it was just a quote, he went above and beyond what I expected. If the install goes forward, I would absolutely request to work with him again. Highly recommend!

Of course the air conditioning goes out when it’s 92° and a Sunday! Call Zenner And Ritter and got on the schedule for Monday. I was not in a hurry or I could’ve gotten in the same day. Technician came out and got it up and running in no time. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. He also checked to see if it had a warranty and was able to apply that to the part that I had to be replaced. Excellent service.
