T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling- Buffalo

T-Mark staff (Andrew, Lenny, Austin) replaced my simple old boiler with a high tech high efficiency one. They arrived on time and worked through the day. They were friendly; they worked neatly and worked until finished! (Almost 6 hours). More important, they put that thing together, with all the extra piping and changes. They answered my questions and explained what I needed to know. As I sit here in my home, I can feel the warmth generated by this boiler. Thank you guys! I would hire T-Mark again.

In the midst of baking for 100 and that awful heat blast, my AC failed. Sigh… Mark was wonderful. It turned out to be a rather strange diagnosis that he followed with care and such knowledge of the systems. I was back in less than an hour. He explained well as we went along, picking up quickly what I knew and what I did not. And my dog loved him. I have had Jameson for years, and the merge with T-Mark has apparently only made things better. They even have a good ‘hold’ message. The price was excellent, service was timely and friendly - and entirely professionally competent. I have had a different plumbing service in the past, yet will likely use them for a small job I am planning soon. I’m really happy with the company and Mark, specifically..Thank you!

Scott K was amazing! Got my AC back up and running during the free estimate within an hour! Reasonably priced for the duration and amount of work needed. Very attentive and even gave me a play by play of what he was doing! Highly recommend this company! Scheduled and serviced quickly and efficiently! We had two separate plumbing issues and everyone that came out from T- Mark (Ryan, Jon, and Ben) were amazing. Communication was great and they were on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would recommend and definitely use again.
