I called in need of urgent service. The woman I spoke to was so kind and got a tech here in under 30 min. Versus a competitor that I called who couldn’t even give me an ETA. When Sean, the tech, got here, he was so kind and thorough. Was in and out in no time! Thank you so much. We will be saving the number and will definitely recommend.

I had an excellent interaction with Rob while he completed my AC tuneup. He explained everything that he was going to do and provided me with the issues my unit is experiencing. He then gave quotes for future parts / a new unit. He was super polite, efficient, and knowledgeable in his field. The company was also very flexible with my work schedule and was able to accommodate a later time. It was much appreciated.

It was 4th of July and I had just closed on my 100 year old house. What could have turned into a horrible start to this new adventure, turned around the second I called Cellino! They promptly returned my call and sent Andrew right away. From the moment he arrived, I knew I was in the best hands. He was kind and patient. He let me ask all the questions and he told me what he was doing as he was doing it. He made me feel like it was important to know these things as a homeowner, and I agree! From start to finish he pulled out all the stops. I knew he wouldn't leave until the issue was resolved and that is exactly what happened. Professional, friendly and all around a down to earth person. Could not recommend Cellino or Andrew enough!!! Before he left, he made sure I had a follow up appointment scheduled, just to make sure there wasn't anything else hiding in these old pipes. Even left a treat for my pup 🤩 Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I’m very pleased with the service we received from Garret today at Cellino Plumbing and Cooling. Garret was very respectful, kind and helpful with information about our service; what was done and needed in the near future, etc. He did the service that was intended, and in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends! We also have them coming back in the fall/colder months to have our furnace checked etc. Thank you for a nice experience! They were great. Even when we ran into an “oh no” situation. They completed the job. Then we had one minor thing to do the next day for the same job and they came out right away. Well done. Good people.
