Pablo is incredible! I would give him 6 stars! He communicates when he will arrive, is very thorough, and explains everything he is doing. Pablo is one of the most competent technicians I have worked with. He is knowledgeable on all appliances and has diagnosed any problem we have had within minutes if not seconds. Highly recommended!

Called Zapata's HVAC to quote a new installation system, he told me that He will perform a trouble shooting first incase the unit only needed a minor repair, but I wanted to upgrade the HVAC System for a better one. He gave me really good price for inside, and outside, also a new water heater I am calling them back again for any other repair.

Pablo was incredibly dedicated, thorough and transparent while finessing a great repair job for my HVAC system. He also seemed like an all-around sincere and trustworthy guy. Will definitely tap him for future repair work!

Pablo was fantastic!!! He came over right away, very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our A/C (as a heat dome is starting for the next several days), charged a reasonable price, and gave us good tips to avoid problems in the future. Such a nice guy, too! I couldn’t be happier with his outstanding service and HIGHLY recommend him!!!
