Wolff Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

These guys are *fantastic.* After I moved to Albuquerque a few years ago I struggled to find a good plumbing/central air company that wouldn’t overcharge me and/or cut corners. However, when I had to replace the galvanized plumbing in my house with PVC, Wolff did the job quickly, professionally, and with as minimal disruption to my life as possible. The fellas were highly communicative and transparent about the work they were doing throughout the entire process. What was even better was that they gave me a price that was shockingly reasonable compared to all the other quotes I received. I cannot recommend Wolff enough. They are a relatively small outfit so their ability to respond to an emergency at inconvenient times is (understandably) a little more limited than some of the bigger companies in town; that said, if you have a project/repair/maintenance request that you can give them a reasonable lead time on, you won’t find a better choice in Albuquerque.

We had some issues with our HVAC at home and decided to try a new company to see how it went, and we selected on Wolff. This company is excellent! The scheduling process was easy, the pricing was transparent and my invoice was consistent with the quote. The technician, Adam, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He identified the issue quickly and provided assistance on how to avoid it in the future, and I was happy to see a summary on the invoice in case I forget what he said later. I think I found a new Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing company!

We had an old swamp cooler that kept giving us problems and this year we decided to replace it. We had several companies provide us with quotes and for just the basic install portion, we were quoted up to $2,000 from other companies. Not only did Wolff Heating Cooling Plumbing come thru for us in 2 days, but he beat any price! The install was not as simple as we thought it was going to be and one of the vents in the attic was busted, but he was quick to take care of that too! He went out of his way to pick up a replacement part at Home Depot, and installed it the next day without adding an extra labor charge! Joe is very efficient, timely, and customer friendly. He took pictures of his every step and explained the work in detail. I would highly recommend Wolff Heating Cooling Plumbing to my family and friends for any plumbing/heating projects.

We had our HVAC system replaced and it went very smoothly! Our heating system was 20 years old and while still working it needed to be replaced. The company is very responsive and they have an excellent crew. I highly recommend this company!
