I have a somewhat of an oddball furnace , there aren’t a lot of this model in the area . So when something goes wrong the men & women at Spaeder are my go to company as they usually have whatever widget part in stock or can get it overnight and my HVAC system up and running again . They are clean courteous and respectful , naturally taking appropriate precautions to keep them and you from cold or sick . They are a large operation and yet very nearby when you need them .

March 5, 2025 Called at 230pm for sump pump failure and replacement. They arrived within 15 minutes and replaced sump pump, with a new one I had previously purchased, in 1/2 hour. Fantastic service. Thank you!

The team from Spaeder did a great job on fixing the storm drains which involved re-routing the PVC piping due to clogs from tree roots. The job was difficult due to having to navigate around gas, electric, and cable lines but they were able to do that successfully without any issues. The team was very professional and easy to work with and very friendly. Going forward, Spaeder will be our choice for any plumbing needs. I want to personally thank Dan, Matt, and Mark for a great job.
