Jack was AWESOME! Very friendly and professional. Just a simple service on my AC and heater. But have a positive attitude at 8 a.m. in the morning is not an easy feet. I've used Reeves since I moved in to my house 3 years ago and will continue to use them here and wherever I move to.

My toilet and shower were both clogged up. I called and they came out here and did an awesome job. Even suggested toilet paper usage as well as looking into an upgrade on the toilet. My personal opinion, these guys are great. Brad and the person he was with were friendly, courteous, andvery professional. If I need a plumbing job(or anybody else for that matter), I highly recommend them in an instant. Thanks guys for the work you did. I'm definitely keeping them for any future jobs.

Robert was out today to service our AC so we'll be ready for summer. We used Reeves in winter of 2023 to purchase a new HVAC system and water heater. Thank you Casey, Robert and Andy. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. They are knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. They cleanup the area when finished, and don't leave until they have everything running smoothly. Today as I stated earlier, Robert was out for seasonal service. He is always so nice. We just love the group of people with this company. Thanks to all and to Robert for making sure the AC is ready to go.

I have used Reeves for approximately 7 jobs over the last 8 years. The last two did not go well, I feel like this company has gone down hill the last couple years. I also feel like the estimator was trying to upsell the job for more work. I had a water pressure issue on the 2nd floor, they came and installed new pipes. Water pressure was the same after the job was completed. I had them document it on the work order. They wanted to then try a different fix, so essentially I wasted around 900 dollars for nothing. Ive moved on from Reeves, wont be calling them again.

I had a good experience with Reeves. Robert was respectful and knew what he was doing. He answered my questions and made the whole thing feel simple and straightforward. Very professional!
