Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

So glad I called Roto-Rooter! I was concerned that an underground drainpipe was clogged and, with an upcoming trip, needed to check it out ASAP. The Roto-Rooter man was at my house first thing the next morning. He was friendly, helpful, and indulged my interest in the snake camera and even gave me a copy of the video (on my flash drive). Turns out that my drainpipes are all clear, but an odd pipe that I had thought was a drain is not and so I can now block it up to stop water from seeping into my basement. The cost of the service fee was worth it for peace of mind.

I had my float switch for our grinder pump stop working and I must have called 7 or 8 local plumbers who were booked up and were at least a week away from being able to check out my problem. Roto-Rooter had a plumber, Steve, out to my house within the hour! He was upfront and honest about pricing and found out exactly what was the problem. Did a great job cleaning the pump and after about an hour to go get the parts, had my pump working in probably less than 3 hours total! For the fast service, clean install and 1 year parts warranty, I feel the price was pretty good to avoid another basement flood.

Jason & Steve were both exceptionally professional and kind. They were able to mitigate our plumbing issue in a timely manner while keeping us updated throughout the process. Overall an excellent experience. And though we hope our toddler ceases to flush any more toys/toothbrushes in the future, we would happily use them again.

Very responsive and able to get the job done quickly after the initial visit for an estimate. I tried multiple places and Roto-Rooter was the only place to contact me and show up within 25 hours of my inquiry. The cost was reasonable and the job was completed well.

Jason was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When he arrived, we explained the situation and he got straight to work. He detected the problem quickly and made us aware of our situation and options. He is very personable which made us feel comfortable with him in our home. If I have another home issue, I would definitely ask for him again.
