I recently had Bill at the house to adjust the hot water heater that he installed last year. Excellent customer service. Super friendly, knowledgably, responsive and on time. He's the best!!!! I recommend his company hands down!!!!

I had work done over two years ago that I have reached out regarding issues that started hours after the repair. They have an answering service so I played phone tag for weeks with Joe after the repair. I have continued to reach out every couple of months but have never received a response. They said any issues within that winter they will take care of but then they never return your calls. I was excited to find someone who works on oil heating systems but I haven't had them do any more work as this experience has left me feeling unimportant. I even gave a tip to Mr. Del Campo and his grandson for the repair because it was right after Christmas and I was happy to have heat again. I have no way to send the invoice. But here it says Bill and Casey as the techs. The repair was done in December of 2020. When I wrote this review it was closer to 2 years ago, now it's been 3.

Bill is the best! He has been doing our work for 30 years now. Nothing too big or too small. He gets back to you promptly. You can completely trust the he will fix your problem and do a good job!

Awesome company. Very reasonable prices and very educated plumbing techs.

Good work on replacing some leaking pipes. Seemed a bit pricey.
