After asking a couple of questions, John gave me a diagnosis over the phone along with instructions on how to determine if the issue was my responsibility or the city's responsibility. With his help, I was quickly able to isolate the problem. Rather than paying for a visit, I was able to get the issue resolved by the city at no cost. I will certainly be using Whaley Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.
