JD Service Now

I’m way overdue in writing a review for Richard, an exceptional employee of JD Service Now. When I have a plumbing need I always ask for Richard. He’s just left from completing a couple of repairs. This time I am finally getting around to writing a review. As usual the entire experience is always flawless. Richard is skilled and efficient and meticulous with getting the work done. He has great communication skills and always takes time to address any questions and concerns. He’s polite, personable, courteous and just a genuinely nice person who is extremely skilled. When he’s completed his work I always feel confident that it’s been done right. I hope that JD Services appreciates this top notch technician and person.

Kalin was on time, professional, and never stopped working until all was complete and tested. He answered random questions and took time to keep things clean and the noise to a minimum. My only reason for 4 stars is the price of labor has increased significantly. That’s the result in most of the market, but I’d like to see JD review and adjust back down. I may need to consider an independent plumber in the future. And we use JD a lot!

Casey and JD Service Now was amazing. The company quickly responded to our call for support and Casey was prompt on a Saturday morning. He was thorough and explained all the options to use. Was very helpful in ensuring we understood why or AC unit wasn’t working and what the next steps were. We’re going to continue to use JD Service Now going forward.

Excellent service! I called for some help with my garage switch. I was pleasantly surprised that a person was able to come the same day. Brian who came was professional, quick, and friendly. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and never made me feel dumb for asking questions, which unfortunately is not always the case for some maintenance people. He even did me a huge favor of caulking an outside outlet for me that I didn’t even notice needed help. I definitely recommend JD Service Now!

Richard did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining each step in detail. He is quite personable, and I could tell he really cared about getting the job done right. And... less than 24 hours after my initial call to report my issue, the work was done! Excellent customer service!
