Thank you and your team for the excellent service provided. You kept me well informed every stepnof the way. Chris' professionalism, temperament, knowledge and work ethic are beyond reproach. He thoroughly explained the process for all 3 projects, addressed my concerns, and ensured that I was thoroughly satisfied with the completion of the work.

All of my communication with Streamline from their office to technicians have been great. Everyone has been super friendly and professional. My technician Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He spent time listening and understanding our issues and once determined the solution he provided several opinions with prices. Overall, my experience has been great, I look forward to using Streamline again for our future needs.

I used Streamline Services to replace my HVAC system and to install insulation on the ductwork in my basement in August 2024, and unfortunately that was an extremely expensive mistake. We have since had them out 7 times that I have record of to repair issues related to the ductwork insulation, at extreme disruption to mine and my husband’s jobs which are based in our home, and on 2 of those occasions they also had a manager supervising. It’s the least of my concerns at this point but they left a mess each time they came, insulation scraps and screws all over the place and tape stuck to the floor. After all that, the insulation has never been properly adhered to the ductwork and has fallen down repeatedly, there are multiple areas where the fiberglass insulation is exposed and where the tape has visibly lifted. The photos show what it looks like today, after the 7 repair jobs. Would you be happy with this in your home at the cost of $6,592? Their communication is somehow even worse than their workmanship. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager about a refund since December (I have record of 10 such inquiries I made in that time) and I’ve either been ignored or told that someone will call me and it never happens. They did give me a refund that amounted to roughly 8% of what I paid for the duct wrapping about two weeks ago, without contacting me or letting me know which I found odd, however that is not at all reflective of what I should be refunded after all of this and I think they just did it in hopes that I would leave them alone. I really wanted to resolve this with them amicably and have been exceedingly patient with them but unfortunately that goodwill hasn’t been reciprocated. We paid for our ducts to be wrapped and sealed and I think it’s clear we didn’t get what we paid for.

Alex did a great job installing our new fuel line. He tested it and thoroughly cleaned up his area before he left. He has great customer service skills and is very patient with the many questions that I had.

We highly recommend Streamline Services. We began working with them by happenstance. In the purchase of our new home they did the estimate for electrical work for the seller based on the inspection. After purchase, we moved forward with them doing the work and we couldn’t be happier. John was prompt, knowledgeable and patient. He walked us through the process and explain everything in detail. During his initial walk thru with us, he noticed a strong natural gas smell while in the attic and immediately called one of their plumbers. There was a leak that had not been picked up during inspection. Eric showed up within an hour and had it fixed the same day! Working with Eric, John and team for the emergency fix and the extensive electrical work was a wonderful experience. We knew we were in good hands and feel at ease moving into our new home knowing they did all the work.
