Michael helped us out with our water heater and didn’t even charge us for the repair. These guys are always super nice and very easy going — they never try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don’t need. I highly recommend going with them over any of the other local repair shops.

Excellent experience with Western! My situation started with a service call for an antiquated AC/Furnace and ended with a new, best in class solution. My service tech, Brandon, was very thorough, listened to my needs/requests and provided options with pros and cons. He documented each step of his analysis and communicated throughout with pics and video of his findings. The sales experience with Brent was more of an education than sales. No pressure, just great information with a focus on meeting my objective of long term value and comfort. Brent’s experience with product, system capabilities and available tax incentives/rebates helped me maximize my dollar and avoid unnecessary spend.The install team led by Shawn was awesome. They were on schedule, communicated throughout the process, clean and professional with extra care for my home. I really appreciated their attention to detail to optimize my system and address/improve a couple items that were probably beyond their scope of “need to fix” but they did because it was better for me (no extra cost and clearly communicated prior to action). I am looking forward to the comfort of my new system and will continue to work with Western to make sure it is well maintained and providing me the best return on my investment.
