Joel was a great technician and really spent time helping me understand exactly what repairs we needed. He was patient and very kind through the entire process. I also was grateful he helped me understand what we needed (not being well versed in furnace terms). They also offer financing for these types of repairs which helped immensely.

They were able to come out in one day to replace the valve box in my laundry room and install my new washer and dryer. They did a great job. They even cut down my narrow clearance dryer vent to fit the new dryer. I am now good to go. Thanks, guys!

Mike and Trevor have not followed up with me about a refund request. Sewer pipe line that I paid alot of money for had to be cut out after it was installed wrong and cause the sewer to back up in to my only bathroom. Further damaging the floor as well.

It has been VERY hot in SLC and I was so happy to get quick and expert service from Jim to help fix the issues.
