Highly professional and very comfortable having them in our home! All of the techs were very punctual, honest and wore boot covers to keep my home clean. Skylar and Lucas were awesome at replacing our furnace and AC unit. They walked me through everything and took pictures as they went along. They were friendly and answered all of our questions, and were also very mindful and thorough in their work. We're so glad to have gone with Black Diamond!

Just wow. I had a great experience working with Black Diamond after having really subpar, expensive experiences with two other local companies. Brent was incredibly thorough in assessing our plumbing issues and took the time to clearly explain both what was going on and what my options were. I really appreciated that he didn’t push unnecessary work—instead, he gave honest, practical advice and let me decide how I wanted to move forward. Also, Brent’s vast knowledge and attention to code was invaluable in preparing our home for sale (and inspection!) 100% recommend Brent Johnson if you’re looking for a local plumber who’s not only skilled but also thoughtful and communicative. Call him, you will not be disappointed!

UPDATE: I’m updating my review to a 4 from a 1, based on Nick, the Manager from HVAC. Nick called me to apologize for my awful experience that I had with one of their Customer Service representatives. He informed me that the company had pulled my call and listened to it with several people. He apologized for the way the call was handled and he apologized for my closest being damaged. He offered to come and put it together for me. I told him that would be amazing. Nick kept his word and showed up to my house to put my closet together. He and I talked about my experience and how it can be used to make changes going forward. I told him I appreciated that he took the time to come out to my house. He did not have to do that, that shows he cared about my experience and wanted to make things right. I was also reimbursed for my closet. Later the service technician called to apologize for the damage that was done and I was told it would be addressed with the technician that covered up the damage to my closet. I am giving Black Diamond a second chance, but if I get treated that poorly our business relationship would end.. THANK YOU SO MUCH NICK, you changed my mind! I had Black Diamond come out today to install 6 lights. After the walk through they explained they left a little dust on my mom’s bed. What they neglected to inform me was that they damaged the new storage closet and in fact covered it up with another piece I had been working on. Needless to say, I am livid. I am 62 years old and I don’t have the strength to pull this thing apart to send it back. We are in the middle of a house renovation and this closet needed to be put together tonight before my mom closes on her house. Also, the installers marked up my newly painted ceilings with PERMANENT MARKERS! Anyone in construction knows that you use construction pencils to make marks on walls. This will be an additional cost to remove the stained areas, which I’m not going to pay for. I will be sending you a bill for my new closet as well as the cost to remove the permanent marker from the newly painted ceiling. Thanks a lot Black Diamond! We will not be using your services EVER AGAIN! UPDATE: I called into Black Diamond to talk to them about my review. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Whoever is in the review department needs some sensitivity training. I was so frustrated when I was told someone in management would call me back. I told her no thank you, I was just hoping for an apology. My time is valuable, I don’t have time to sit around and wait for a stupid explanation of why they f’d up. I had SO much more business that could have been done with your company, but one of your competitors will benefit instead.

Amazing company! Robert was awesome and installed our whole house filtration and softener system. You pay for what you get. Yes they are a little more expensive than other companies but what you get is so much more and better quality products. Definitely a customer for a long time!

My a/c stopped working, so they sent out Hayden Knight. He was such a pleasure to do business with. He was very professional, informative, and easy to talk too. He explained what happened, and provided very reasonable pricing to fix it. We are all (pets included) very appreciative with the timely service, and will be using them for future services.
