Loni came within a few hours of my call. Gave me all the options regarding my 2002 water heater! He went shopping for a part as there was no guarantee we could find it for such an old heater and returned and made the repair all within just over an hour. He was very professional and friendly, explaining the work that needed to be done. Alex did a great job installing my new tankless water heater.
