Miguel was great! Walked me through everything he was doing so that I understood what the issues were. Would definitely hire them again to do any work on the property if needed. He tried to snake my toilet but there was something lodged in it. Ended up having to remove the toilet and remove the object. Toilet works good now.

I called Elite Rooter because my kitchen sink has been draining slowly over several weeks, getting progressively worse. Agustin arrived at the scheduled time, and proceeded to do his job and clear the blockage. He was courteous, explained clearly what he was doing, and used shoe covers and put paper on the floor to avoid making any mess in my house. He completed the task within an hour or so.

Romeo helped to clean my drain. Very happy about his job. He first did thorough diagnostics and then suspected my slow drain is due to grease built-ups in my p trap pipes. After dissembling the pipe, he noticed very heavy built-ups and suggested multiple options to fix them. I ended up choosing the hydro jetting in order to solve the problem for all and get a 5 year warranty. Romeo performed the job nicely and efficiently.

Overall great experience. I was kept informed the whole time. I was also provided with my next options. We live in an older complex and the issue goes deeper into the pipes in the wall so we will need to talk to the owner but overall Jose was a great technician.
