Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air of San Jose

I want to acknowledge that I have used this company multiple times and submitted 5 star reviews. They have provided excellent service and fair pricing, until this incident. Their service tech, Antonio provided excellent service with the work he performed. I had a leak in the back yard, was fairly charged a $299 service charge, the problem came after Antonio discovered that the problem was that the previous installer (years ago) had failed to glue the fitting onto the pipe. I told him to fix the fitting and professionally he asked me to sign an estimate. Rooter Hero wanted to charge over $500 to glue this one fitting; I assumed my initial $299 would cover filling the hole. Antonio communicated that job would be done in about 5 minutes. I refused the estimate and told him just to leave things as they were. Over $500 to glue one fitting, unbelievable! Antonio even showed me the pricing on his computer so I didn't think it was him, it wasn't It has shaken my confidence in this company. Up till now their pricing was always reasonable.

I recently had Anthony Daniel Ramos come to my home to unclog my bathtub and kitchen sink drains, and I couldn't be happier with the service! He was punctual, friendly, and easy to talk to, making the entire process stress-free. His professionalism and knowledge were evident as he thoroughly explained the cause of the clogs and ensured everything was completely cleared. Anthony was respectful of my property, cleaning up after his work and leaving everything in great condition. He also took the time to answer all my questions and even provided estimates for potential future repairs. The pricing was upfront with no hidden costs, making the whole experience smooth and transparent. Overall, Anthony is an honest and skilled plumber who truly cares about his work and customers. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable plumber. Thank you for being my hero, Anthony!

Professionalism. Speed. And cost of service. Omar showed up and showed out… could have not asked for a more capable plumber. Will definitely ask for him again for other plumbing projects around the house. Omar was great.

Our rooter hero was David Sanchez. He was amazing! Absolutely professional, courteous, respectful and great at his job! He explained everything before he began working. He was very neat and made sure everything was the same as it was when he got here. No mess! He was on time and he finished in a timely manner. He had our kitchen sink perfect again. He did an excellent job! Thank you David!!

Omar Mendoza was an amazing technician I could not have better things to say about him. Very informative, efficient, and kind. Would absolutely request him next time I need a service. Never used this company before but now I will use it again and recommend Omar!
