Ernesto was very thorough in his explanation of the installation and services with their nice commercial water heater. He is fast and efficient with his installation and very knowledgeable about each area of the water heater install. Ernesto will work with you on price and he really wants your business in a personal and professional way. He’s very down-to-earth and family oriented. Our water heater started leaking late Saturday night, and we called Water Heater Specialists at 10:30pm using the number printed on the unit. They answered right away and gave us clear instructions to shut off the water supply. Impressively, they scheduled the earliest available appointment—8am the next morning. Ernesto, the plumber who came out, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly and recommended replacing the unit, which made sense since we had just bought the house last year and didn’t realize the heater was from 2007. He also noticed our water pressure was too high and suggested installing a pressure regulator. The installation was smooth and well-organized. Ernesto gave us step-by-step instructions during the process (like when to turn hot and cold water on/off), which made everything easy to follow. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the price was significantly higher than other installers we found out about later. That said, the service was fast, professional, and reliable—especially in an emergency situation.

From beginning to end our service was awesome. Called the number listed on the sticker and someone answered and scheduled a technician to come out within a couple hours. Richard showed up and was friendly, professional, and explained everything. He answered our questions, and worked diligently to get our water heater working. Richard also shared some tips on when we travel and how to maintain the unit for longevity! All in all a wonderful experience. Have added their number to my contacts so I can share with others if they need service!

Ernesto arrived on time and prepared to repair our water heater, however it was an old water heater and we were already thinking about replacing it. Luckily, he had EVERYTHING with him to do either option, so we choose to replace! The new water heater is much more modern, and Ernesto did an amazing job. He was fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. Can't thank Water Heater Specialists enough for providing great service and an awesome technician!!!!

Their work was done swiftly along with clear communication and the installation of a drip pan with a drain. I would recommend this service to anyone with the water heater problem. Excellent job!
