Veterans is a great company with lovely staff. Family friendly vibes. Dispatch is always very responsive and courteous and the technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, well groomed, and professional. Josh and Pablo (brothers, how cool is that!) are wonderful employees and get the job done with ease and a smile. I have interacted with them on several occasions. I live in an older home with outdated plumbing/electrical so I have called on Veterans many times over the years. The service is consistent and professional, and I appreciate their ability to trouble shoot the issues and get to the bottom line before jumping to the conclusion of upselling costly repairs. Trust is everything and word is bond. Keep up the good work y’all - you are appreciated !
