Jorge and Jose were really great to work with. They were timely, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything they found and what my options were. They made sure that everything was working before they left and they cleaned up so well I would never have known they had taken my whole AC unit apart. They were both so nice and real gentlemen. Great company. We have had them do maintenance on our new unit now it need some repairs because of a power surge we had back when it was installed 3 years ago. Carlos and his partner did a fantastic job. Explained what they did took pic of the work they did and it is running top notch again. He even changed my filter and batteries in my thermostat. Great job guys thank u so much. I own my own business and Balance Comfort runs a great, reliable company!
