My plumbing issue was very extensive and expensive but I didn’t want to cut corners because it needed to be done correctly and ARS delivered and was worth every penny spent. Frank (repair specialist), Memo (site manager), and the entire crew were incredibly thorough, detail oriented, honest, communicative, and professional. The job ended up much larger and physical than originally expected but there was no added cost to the original bid. It was impressive to see how the company values and protects their employees and how hard the employees work to satisfy the customer…me! Their attention to detail by keeping me in the loop on what they were doing, how they were doing it, and follow through on leaving the property better than they found it gave me peace of mind in knowing that I had selected the right company. Having just purchased new counters, sink, faucet etc we were in need of a plumber to hook it all up. Having called 4 plumbing companies, my wife said one company stood out from the others- ARS Rescue Rooter. Sally answered the call and my wife was so impressed with her customer focus that we stopped calling anyone else. Then it gets even better. “Eddy” arrived right on schedule and proceeded to exceed every expectation we had. Perfect work performed, professionally and efficiently. I had a water pipe burst in my attic and I called ARS after shutting off the water. I thought I was going to be told that someone would be out the next morning. Instead a plumber arrived less than an hour. Looked at the damage notified his boss and gave me phone numbers to get the problem taken care of. Thanks to Eduardo, Robert from Quick Dry was out that night and setting up his equipment to start the drying process.

I am absolutely disturbed and angry about what happened during a recent service visit from ARS Rescue Rooter. This is NOT just a case of unprofessional behavior—it’s something much worse. After reviewing video footage from my home, I discovered their employees showed an unusual and inappropriate interest in my property. They weren’t just there to do plumbing work; they paid excessive attention to personal details inside my home and even engaged my elderly mother in conversation to learn my work schedule—specifically when I leave and return home. This raises huge red flags about whether they were trying to gather information for something other than plumbing. I now fear that private information may have been disclosed, and I’m worried about possible unauthorized entry, theft, or even a home invasion. I live with three women, and we are all shaken and fearful as a result of this incident. I’ve lived in this home for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this until ARS came here. This behavior is completely unacceptable and makes me question the safety and integrity of their employees and company practices. I REQUESTED A FULL REFUND AND WAS DENIED! If you value your privacy and safety, I strongly recommend you think twice before letting this company into your home. The pics show them sitting with my 83 years mother going over the bill. Then 5 minutes later, one worker is sending a camera down the drain while the other worker is still sitting with my mother. Since the bill was already paid, why now run the camera?
