This was a MASSIVE job to remove tree roots from our line, something Carini had attempted for us 2 years ago at 3x the cost! Elite Rooter was friendly from the moment I spoke to someone on the phone, and all throughout our service. The GM came out to help assess and diagnose the problem quickly and honestly. The techs, Jerome and DJ, worked hard until the problem was resolved. They were respectful and communicative at all times. We feel quite confident that the problem was fixed for good now- and the 25 year warranty is pretty sweet, too! We will definitely call Jerome specifically if we have any future needs. Additionally, I plan to refer all my friends who need a plumber to this truly ELITE service!! Thank you!!

Had a great experience both times I used Elite Rooters. For my rental I needed a camera inspection done on my cast iron drains and the plumber Donovan was very helpful and informative on the work that needed to be completed. I also use their service for my own home to do hydro jetting and replacement of my bathtub water faucets. I requested that Donovan came out again because I knew he was honest and had exceptional work ethics and we needed to get our job done in a timely manner which he completed before the deadline. Elite is now our go-to plumbing company. We are completely happy with their service And we recommend them to all our family and friends.

Steven Johnson quickly figured out why our toilet was clogging and backing up. He was able to show us what the problem was. He explained what had to be done. He had an associate come with a camera to make sure there were no problems further down the line. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
