I had a great experience with Valiant Energy Solutions. Justin White came out to service my tenant’s mini split, which was in much need of cleaning since the filter had never been touched. He went above and beyond to make sure it looked and worked like new, and kept a positive, professional attitude the entire time. On top of that, every interaction I’ve had with their customer service team has been excellent — always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with when scheduling annual service appointments. Overall, I highly recommend Valiant Energy Solutions for both their quality of work and outstanding customer support.

Today we had a Basement Installation work done. I wanted to thank John, Juan and Stephen for their great work and customer service. These guys work very well together and answer any of your questions. They were fast and clean. Very helpful and know what they're doing. Valiant came out today to check my gas line after the fire department red-tagged my tank out of caution. We smelled gas in our basement after the big thunderstorm yesterday. I appreciated the communication from the office to know when Brian B. (and his co-worker) was on his way to our home. We received a 30 minute window of time. They arrived on time. He was professional and thorough and took the time to explain the circumstances that would cause an issue and to be sure my gas tank and oven/range were safe for use. He took the red tag for the Valient home office to return to our fire department per FD protocol. I appreciated the shared knowledge of gas safety.

Phil (and Tyler) installed an indirect hot water heater and removed our old tank. My wife and I are very happy to now have hot water, especially in the showers. Phil did a great job, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He certainly is experienced and offered to return if we needed a temperature adjustment. Tom, the Valiant plumbing manager was a huge help in explaining the differences and benefits of the type of hot water heater we chose prior to scheduling the job. We would recommend Valiant without reservation.
