Master Rooter: Sewer and Drain Cleaning Service

I went to shower this morning and things didn’t go as planned. Needed a plumber asap! My landlord called this company and a gentleman called fairly soon after. Came right away. He was very nice and professional. Very personable. Took care of the problem quickly. And cleaned up after he was finished working. Cord is his name. Really great guy and skilled!

I had a very positive experience with Master Rooter. They were super responsive and came and not only cleaned our backup, but explained what they were doing and provided general tips and advice on how to treat and prevent a future backup. The technician was knowledgeable, proficient, and very respectful. Would easily recommend to a friend.

I’m so thankful for Master Rooter! My main drain line was clogged and I had no toilet/shower. I called and by the next day everything was working! They sent Cord, who was very knowledgeable and got the job done beautifully. He explained what was wrong as well as preventative measures that can be taken to avoid issues in the future. Master rooter came on a short notice which was important to us. The real star of the show was Chord. This guy was not only thorough but very dedicated to his craft. He went through every option for our problem to reassure us that our problem was fixed and that we had nothing to worry about. We will definitely use master rooter again and ask for chord.

We needed a drain unplugged so I put my info on Angie. I had barely finished when Master Rooter called and said they could come even though it was a Sunday. Ten minutes later, a polite young man named Josh, rang the doorbell. He was very courteous and proceeded to eliminate this very tenacious plug from our old plumbing.
