Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Orlando the service technician from roto rotor was great. Very pleasant worked very hard to solve our problem with a clogged drain and fixed it… he explained what he was going to do and. Checked in with me during the repair. Very nice representative for the company. I wish the price was better but that is not Orlando’s fault.. I was shocked to hear how much this would cost me for an hour of work. Roto rotor needs to revisit their pricing. I had no choice but to pay it in the situation I was in. Again not Orlando’s fault.

Joshua our tech was AMAZING. We were super tight on time because we are selling the house and had a showing scheduled. He came in on time, quickly assessed the situation and got to work. There were a lot of roots in the line and a real mess in the bathroom but he worked hard to make it look like it never happened! 🙏 We are extremely grateful for him and the staff at Roto-Rooter for the excellent service. Highly recommend!!!

We had a persistent leak that a few others couldn’t quite get to the bottom of — until Sage came along. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, walked us through the fix, and made sure everything was in perfect shape before he left. On top of that, he was respectful of our home and left the work area spotless. If you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled, Sage is your guy. Highly recommend!

I haven’t been able to use my spare bathroom in four years. Josh came out and removed the toilet and snaked everything and removed the clog. Come to find out it’s a plumbing issue, but Josh was incredible! So nice and knowledge when I had questions. He was nice to my dogs, and I was not creeped out about him coming and going in and out of my house. (I live alone). He knew what he was doing and did it well! If I ever have an issue again, I would definitely ask for Josh! And as a farewell token, I gave him some Rainer Cherries, something we both have a love of. Ask for Josh…

Richard was amazing. Had poor experience with a local drain company, ended up causing damage to water line when removing toilet. Richard snaked from the correct area, resolved the clog, he quickly addressed a few small items that were visible. He was punctual, professional, and thorough with his work. Highly recommend.
